HOSTINGINSIDE hereafter reffered to as "HOSTINGINSIDE" provides shared hosting and VPS(Virtual Private Server), DNS HOSTINGINSIDE and world wide web HOSTINGINSIDE. All of service provides hereafter reffered as "ACCOUNT". This Terms and Conditions applies to all person who using our services and hereafter reffered as "CUSTOMER". The policy is designed to protect the security, integrity, reliability, and privacy of both the HOSTINGINSIDE and the services HOSTINGINSIDE offers to its CUSTOMER. CUSTOMER are assumed to have read and understood these Terms and Conditions. CUSTOMER may not load any type of background process in Shared Hosting. CUSTOMER may not load IRCD for illegal purposes, orin support of illegal activities or linked to illegal network in VPS(Virtual Private Server). CUSTOMER may not load IRC websites/servers in Unmanaged Dedicated Server Kansas City, MI, USA. CUSTOMER may not put ROMs and Emulators in Unmanaged Dedicated Server Kansas City, MI, USA. This is non-negotiable. HOSTINGINSIDE do not offer refunds for Unmanaged Dedicated Server Kansas City, MI, USA. CUSTOMER may not put any pornography and sex-related merchandising in Unmanaged Dedicated Server Kansas City, MI, USA. It is legal in the city of Kansas City, the state of Missouri and the country of the United States of America. This includes sites that may infer sexual content, or links to pornography elsewhere. Nude "art" is permitted. CUSTOMER may not put any Warez/MP3's content, illegal content, copyright infringement, trademark infringement, cracks, software serial numbers, code to generate Denial of Service(DOS) attack into any service with HOSTINGINSIDE. CUSTOMER is responsible for all denial of service attacks they may receive and must try their best to prevent such occurrences. Piracy, hacking, cracking, phreaking, warez, pyrotechnics, exploitive software or text that educates or encourages this activity and/or use are not allowed. CUSTOMER may not load war bots, xdcc bots, takeover bots, flood bots, emech, perl bot, or abusive eggdrop bots run in any service with HOSTINGINSIDE. CUSTOMER may not publish any material that is grossly offensive, including, exploitation of children, blatant expressions of bigotry, hatred, harassment, defamation, or invasion of privacy. This includes material that defames, abuses, harasses or threatens any person or group. CUSTOMER may not use your service in the commission of any crime that violates the laws of local, state, and federal government of the United States of America. HOSTINGINSIDE do not permit CUSTOMER to trade CUSTOMER ACCOUNT. VPS(Virtual Private Server) CUSTOMER may not take any action caused HOSTINGINSIDE ip address/virtual host auto kill/global kill on some IRC network. Any violation of any Shared Hosting or VPS(Virtual Private Server) or Dedicated Server Policies may result in CUSTOMER's immediate termination at the sole discretion of HOSTINGINSIDE without prior notice with no refund. CUSTOMER may not load any type of background process in Shared Hosting. Shared Hosting CUSTOMER agrees that CPU usage shall not use excessive amounts of CPU processing on any of HOSTINGINSIDE'S servers. Any violation of any Usage Policies may result in CUSTOMER's immediate termination at the sole discretion of HOSTINGINSIDE without prior notice with no refund. CUSTOMER shall pay HOSTINGINSIDE all fees and/or monthly fees indicated on Order. CUSTOMER acknowledges that in consideration of the pricing set forth on the Order, CUSTOMER commits to be liable for and pay the fees set forth in the Order for the term indicated. All payments currency shall be made depend on payment method set forth on the Order, at HOSTINGINSIDE address as indicated in this Agreement or at such other address as HOSTINGINSIDE may from time to time indicate by proper notice hereunder. All invoices are due and payable within five (5) days of HOSTINGINSIDE date of invoice which shall be emailed five (5) days prior to CUSTOMER payment due date. In the event CUSTOMER does not alleviate all fees and/or monthly fees indicated on Order within twenty four (24) hours, all CUSTOMER ACCOUNT will be deactivated and denied access until such fees are paid in full to HOSTINGINSIDE. In the event that CUSTOMER is unable to make payments to HOSTINGINSIDE within three (3) days of ACCOUNT deactivation to alleviate all due fees, HOSTINGINSIDE will cancel(delete) CUSTOMER ACCOUNT without prior notice. In the event, if CUSTOMER does not canceled ACCOUNT, this Agreement will automatically self-renew after a one (1) or three (3) or twelve (12) month(s) period depend on billing cycle which is selected. This Agreement shall automatically renew itself for an additional Terms and Conditions period unless otherwise canceled or terminated by either party in accordance with the notice provision set forth herein. In the event this Agreement is automatically renewed, CUSTOMER agrees to be bound by the Terms and Conditions currently in effect. Either party may terminate this Agreement or any Order upon written notice: All ACCOUNT cancellation requests must be received at least three (3) days and not more than 15 days prior to upcoming payment due date by HOSTINGINSIDE via web member services, email, phone, fax, or mail. This cancellation request must be accompanied with all proper account information. HOSTINGINSIDE not liable for any damage or loss of data due to insufficient cooling, heating, bandwidth or acts of God. HOSTINGINSIDE have liability not to shared, sold, reused in lists, or be used for any other purpose than to complete a transaction or address a customer service concern for the data or information submitted/provided by CUSTOMER. |
